1 General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between users of the viptakabed platform ("Platform") and the viptakabed operator ("we", "us"). Accessing or using this platform means you have fully read, understood and accepted these terms.

The key definitions used in this document are as follows:

• Platform: The viptakabed website, mobile app and all related digital services.
• User / Member: Any individual who uses the platform through a registered account on viptakabed.
• Account: The individual personal profile created for each registered member.
• Bet / Wager: Participation in any game or event by placing money at risk.
• Balance: The actual funds deposited in a user's account.
• Bonus Balance: Additional funds granted through promotions or offers, which convert to real funds once wagering requirements are met.

These terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any dispute, this original version shall be treated as the authoritative document.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To open an account on viptakabed, a user must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• Only one account may be opened in your name — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided must be true, accurate and up to date.
• The user must register from a location where online betting is legally permitted.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, the user must provide a valid mobile number, email address and basic identity information. viptakabed may at any time request government-issued identification (national ID card, passport) or other documents for identity verification.

2.3 Verification (KYC)

viptakabed follows a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process to prevent money laundering and protect users. Verification may be mandatory before the first withdrawal or after a certain transaction volume is reached. Failure to submit the required documents on time may delay the withdrawal process.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

Each user is fully responsible for the security of their own account. Account passwords and login details must be kept completely confidential. No one else may be allowed to use your account.

• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify viptakabed support immediately.
• It is advisable to change your password regularly and avoid passwords that are easy to guess.
• Always log out after using a public or shared device.
• The user is responsible for all transactions made from their account.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on viptakabed: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method. The maximum deposit limit is determined by the account type and verification level.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account within a few minutes after processing.
• Use the correct payment reference when making a deposit — viptakabed will not be responsible for delays caused by an incorrect reference.
• Deposits through third parties are not accepted; the account holder must make the deposit themselves.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Under normal circumstances, the withdrawal process is completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

• Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, wherever possible.
• viptakabed reserves the right to request additional verification for unusual or suspicious transactions.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Withdrawals may take additional time due to technical issues or banking delays — please contact support in such cases.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

viptakabed offers new members a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; and a deposit of ৳34,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must complete wagering of 20 times the total bonus amount. When calculating wagering, only bets placed with the bonus balance will be counted, not the real balance.

• Some games may not contribute 100% towards wagering — the contribution rate for specific games is published separately.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus; the bonus will be cancelled if it expires.
• The maximum bet amount may be restricted while wagering is in progress.

5.3 General Promotion Terms

viptakabed may offer cashback, reload bonuses and tournament offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which are stated in detail on the offers page. Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless stated otherwise. viptakabed reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus activity at any time.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply when placing bets on viptakabed:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or changed unless a technical error is proven.
• If incorrect odds or probabilities are displayed due to a technical error, viptakabed reserves the right to void all such bets.
• If a dispute arises over the result of any game or event, viptakabed's decision will be considered final.
• In live betting, a bet may not be accepted due to network delays.
• If a suspicious betting pattern is detected, viptakabed reserves the right to investigate and, if necessary, suspend payment.

Additional specific rules may apply for sports betting, casino games, live dealer, fishing games and other categories, as noted on the respective section pages.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the viptakabed platform and will result in immediate account closure:

• Operating multiple accounts belonging to the same person.
• Placing artificial or coordinated bets to exploit bonuses (bonus abuse).
• Using another person's account or selling or transferring an account.
• Interfering with the platform's software or using any unauthorized technology (bots, scripts).
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information.
• Acting unfairly or abusively towards viptakabed or other users.

8 VIP Program Terms and Conditions

viptakabed's VIP program has four levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each level comes with a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

It is possible to reach a higher VIP level through regular and active play. There is no specific turnover threshold for VIP membership levels — viptakabed determines the level by evaluating a player's overall activity.

viptakabed reserves the right to change VIP benefits and cashback rates. VIP level may change if activity decreases. VIP cashback is subject to its own wagering requirements.

9 Responsible Gaming

viptakabed believes that recreational gaming should be enjoyed responsibly. We encourage users to develop healthy gaming habits.

• Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits for themselves.
• A temporary break (cooling-off period) or permanent self-exclusion may be requested if needed.
• Once a self-exclusion request is accepted, access to the account will be blocked for the specified period.

10 Account Closure and Suspension

10.1 Closure by viptakabed

viptakabed may suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these terms.
• If evidence of fraud, deception or suspicious activity is found.
• If identity verification fails or inconsistent information is found.
• At the direction of a legal authority.

10.2 Closure by the User

Any user may voluntarily close their account. The balance must be withdrawn before closing the account. Bonus balance is not withdrawable until the bonus terms are met. To close your account, contact us via live chat or email.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

viptakabed gives the highest importance to the privacy of users' personal information. Information collected during registration is used solely for the purpose of providing services, verifying identity and ensuring security.

12 Changes to Terms and Termination

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions. If a user does not agree to the revised terms, they have the right to close their account.

If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unlawful, the remaining parts will continue to be fully effective.
